I was able to find the booster button buried in the back of a cabinet. Things are working better now.

Just an update... Still no radio reception. I've pulled the unit out and it makes no difference if the antenna is plugged into the head unit or not. I'm starting to wonder if there is even an antenna in that mushroom on the roof. I still haven't been on the roof to troubleshoot the antenna. I guess ...

Does this happen when the jacks are up?

If you put too much weight on one jack it will twist the whole camper and the doors will bind.

Finally had a chance to look behind the radio... its an AWM968. There is a coax cable splitter behind the radio that I assume also feeds the tv. No luck bypassing the splitter. Right now we are camped at Mt. Kidd in Alberta. The truck gets radio stations but there is nothing in the camper. :( We are...

What's the maximum file size we can attach?

I'm trying to attach a helicopter shot of Dinosaur Trail RV Park and Cabins in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada, but it's too big at 1.7 megabytes (and shrunk to 620KB).

The few times we've had our Autumn Ridge 265RLS out we've never gotten radio reception. I'm starting to wonder if there is an issue with the antenna.

Before I go climbing up on the roof, does anyone know where about the antenna is mounted?
