I would take one off and bring it to my local Home Depot, Lowes, etc. to match it up with what they offer. Removal of the lock is a very simple process.

Are there multiple switches on the passenger side in the "bedroom"? A friend has one and that's where his switches are.

You might also check the connection between the trailer 7 prong plug and and your truck. I've had it happen where corrosion built up over time and caused a problem. Unfortunately, that is a very common issue. They manufacturer of the sleeper sofa (not Starcraft) uses a very cheap grade of vinyl that deteriorates in only a couple of years. We had the same issue and just had the sofa recovered with a much better fabric.
