New shower head

I just picked up a "BodySpa RV Shower Kit - White" at Camping World today. It is supposed to almost double your available hot water shower time and boost your shower head water pressure. I saw in on a walk-through video that was posted on the Jayco website. It gets good reviews and is 50% of right n...

Re: trying to decide between a starcraft & Rpod PLEASE HELP

I've had a Starcraft for a year now, and nothing is coming loose or falling off. Some great deals are great deals. The Starcraft I bought was several thousand dollars less than the Jayco equal (and had added features). You should go visit them again and let the trailer tell you if it is the right on...

Re: False Alarm on Forum Closure.

This forum does have the "newest post first" option. It is available to all registered users. I just made it a global setting. Everyone now has descending order, newest, first. Wanna go back? In the top right corner, see your name? click on it, then select "user control panel" in the control panel ...

Re: new member

jented, When you connect to city water, you bypass the fresh water tank. There should be a fresh water fill point on the outside of your trailer to fill the tank as well as a connection point for city water. When you run a hose from the city water faucet to your trailer city water connection, you sh...

Re: X-Chock

I purchased a pair on Amazon (BAL R.V. Products Group X-Chock Wheel Stabilizer - Pair - One Handle - 28012) after our first trip parking the trailer on dirt. On a concrete or asphalt pad, our trailer (Launch Ultralite 26BHS) was stable and didn't bounce much when moving around. On dirt the movements...

Re: Backup Camera

After the first pair, it should stay paired, even when powered down. I've had mine powered down for months and it still connects when I power it up. You might want to give Furrion a call.

Re: Pocket door to replace curtain?

I finally got around to posting pics of my bedroom curtain door replacement. I used a simple eye hook mounted on the end of the door and to the wall to keep stable during transport. The door does not latch (I didn't want to cut into the exterior wall).

Grab Handle Upgrade

I removed the factory door grab handle and replaced with the Stromberg Carlson AM-255 Lend-A-Hand Mini Rail. One of the holes on each mounting bracket lined up with the existing holes. I pumped sealant into the holes that didn't align and drilled pilot holes for the 2 new holes. I purchased new moun...

Re: Adding a hitch to the rear of my trailer

Sorry about that. I didn't realize how "non-specific" the search engines on these sites are. I have read several strings on adding a trailer hitch to the back of the trailer.
