One battery on my 2016 26BHS. It sounds like the previous owner added one. I don't think a second battery is a factory option.

Another Launch owner here. Same model as GaryG. (26BHS). I agree on quality of build. Of course service is going to depend on your local dealer. I purchased from a small country dealership. I haven't required any service, but have no doubt I will not have problems with this dealer. As far as models ...

I just received the same. Thank God I haven't needed assistance (knock on wood). My insurance offers roadside assistance, so I'm gonna let my Starcraft lapse.

Contact Starcraft and ask them. Starcraftrv.com (you'll need your registration #) While you are at it, request the framing drawings. They may come in handy down the road.
