If you hold the switch until the jack hits the upper or lower limits the fuse will blow. Try releasing the switch a little before the limits are reached.

Yes. I cut the wires and soldered in a new holder has not blown since. I tried cleaning the old one first helped for a little while. Also I am always either plugged in at the campsite or plugged in to my truck before I use the electric jack

hi. we bought a 2017 Starcraft Satellite and we keep blowing the fuse. it is the fuse that is in the wiring on the hitch area by the battery. when it blows, we have no power to the electric hitch or the unit itself. we replace, and everything works perfect. it blows at least once every trip. Any ideas?
