This forum does have the "newest post first" option. It is available to all registered users. I just made it a global setting. Everyone now has descending order, newest, first.

Wanna go back?

In the top right corner, see your name? click on it, then select "user control panel" in the control panel choose "board preferences" then "edit display options" then set "display post order direction" to descending.

It only makes sense that it works this way to match the social media sites. I inherited this forum and hadn't thought about doing this. Great idea put forth!! Thanks!
I'm glad I read this thread! For a minute there, I thought I was losing it. I couldn't figure out why my new post was on top. :?
I think I like it.

I have thought the same thing friend. It would be so helpful to have them first. Another forum also (when your cursor touches the subject line) shows the first sentence of the post. That immediately tells you what the post is about. This is nice as well, just a thought. Again I don't know what it would take to incorporate these into the forum. It's great already and it's my first hit of each day!

This is the only starcraft forum I have found. Other sites have a small section for starcraft but not very active. I'm really glad this site is here. I am new so have some reading to do what I have seen so far has been helpful. I do have one suggestion. Other sites have newest post first . Seems here the oldest are first? When I came here at a glance it looked like no one had posted since 2015. Don't know how hard it is to change the order of pages but it is worth considering.

I too am thankful you did renew the site. I'll try and do my part, an as the season kicks off I bet you'll see more traffic here.
