There is a limit on length inside all of the national parks that I am aware of. Mainly within the individual campgrounds. I don't know what the exact limitation is at Big Bend, but most is in the area of 35 feet.

We stayed at BJ's Campground in Terlingua. I highly recommend based on our stay, last year. The owner from last year sold to someone else and went back to Canada .... I met the new owner, but they were trading weeks at that point. She seems really nice, too. If you want the phone number, let me know. They don't do credit cards, mail a check is how we set up a reservation. Paid Cash. Pretty Reasonable Rate.

Terlingua is a really neat town. Make sure to get to the front porch to see the sunset against the chisos mountains!! You won't regret it. Usually an eclectic mix of people on the porch and a few musicians.

We are wanting to go there as well. We have a Starcraft Launch 24RLS (just under 30 feet in length, including tongue). Heard there is a limit on trailer length there. Any info would be appreciated.

Big Bend National Park / Big Bend Ranch SP / Texas

This is the longest excursion we have made, this year. Almost 3 weeks in total. We stayed in Terlingua, just outside the park and in presidio to go to Big Bend Ranch. There is a heck of a lot to see and do in this area .... boat ride into Mexico for lunch, The terrain is absolutely stunning. 20 miles of dirt road lead into big bend ranch and once again, stunning. Fort Davis, Chisos Mountains, Marfa, lots of ghost towns/structures/side excursions, amazing 4wd locations. We liked big bend *ALMOST* as much as we liked Yellowstone, last year.
