You should have no problem in the flats mountains will give you some trouble. As far as a comfortable tow 29' and over 8K loaded is on the border for me. I have a 25' 5er and loaded is at 8K and very comfortable to tow.

John,

Check the owners manual for your F150. The towing capacity of your truck depends on the combination of engine, transmission, axles and cab configuration. Compare your towing capacity with the loaded weight of the trailer you are looking at. I'm not sure what a 266 RKS is but a V-6 seems a bit small for anything more than a pop-up.

Hello John here,

Thinking of purchasing a 2017 266 RKS and was wondering if a 2018 Ford f150 CREWCAB WITH 3.5 V6 ECOBOOST AND TOW PACKAGE WILL DO THE JOB COMFORTABLY. Thanks for any info.
