X2 on the link not working.
I recently purchased a used 2015 AR-One 18QB, and the only problem I've found so far is that the seal between the exterior wall and the water heater had voids and rain water found its way inside. See my post "oh oh water leak" for details.
Other than that, no problems.
Just be sure to check everything carefully, run all the appliances, A/C, furnace, water heater, awning, etc.

So I'm new to this and have been doing a lot of research on buying a used trailer from a private party. However, I would welcome any advise and comments. I know this is the style and size we want, but like I said any advise would be welcome.
