We bought our 187TB in August. Found a hole in the front canvas, Front bunk is delaminating and soaked with water, water heater board is out. Dropping the unit off at Camping World for what I believe will be several months worth of repairs. We have been camping in this unit twice. Not real happy but hopefully Camping World will make it right.
Update:
Going to pick up the Camper Tomorrow. Been 5 months since dropping it off. Hopefully everything is fixed. We will see.

I have had a 187TB for about a month and it also seems as though the water heater controller died. I have yet to get the furnace to light but I have not had any problems with leaks anywhere. My tent canvas was a bit dirty in various areas but that is just cosmetic stuff.

The "shelf" under the sink collapsed but dried spit may have been stronger than the staples it was assembled with. I don't view it as a critical flaw but prepare yourself for the reality that the shelving if very lightweight and flimsy. I assume this is to save weight and cost and I will gradually replace and reinforce what we deem necessary.

I just posted a problem with the plastic on the canvas and because I'm a month out of warranty they wont cover it. Other than that it has been cosmetic stuff. Oh and the braces under the front seat pooped out so i reinforced them myself. I know two people that have bought in the last 6 months that have had problems with their hot water heater both starcrafts different models.

Did you end up getting the 187TB?
I got one 6 months ago. I love the camper but we have had a few issues.
There is a leak in the front bed seal that only leaks when driving in the rain and it comes inside the front passengers storage compartment.
The hot water tank controller has failed to ignite, need a new controller.
Front bed has a tear in the screen from the factory.
Side bed and rear bed have over torqued screws where the clear plastic molding clips to the side walls on the inside of the rig.
