Must be number 1. The cover is inside a chrome cap thats part of the wheel

Three things I could think of. No particular order.
1- hit-bumped something
2- over greased ( if that’s the problem check inside ALL drums for excess grease ) brake failure eminent.
3- Someone messing with them.( vandals )
4- forgot to put back on. Something I could do.

Dust cover

Just checked my whells and one of the ezlube rubbers was gone and on another wheel the whone dust cap was off. What would cause this 16 24rls
