Finally got to take the new trailer out for a "shake down". Everything worked! Rained on the second day! At least it gave me a chance to check for leaks!

I got the same one. Took a very long time to arrive. Maybe 2 months.

Skip the flashing lights bit, its pretty useless but the dimmer & on/off works great

I ordered mine through Amazon. Shipped from overseas, so I haven't received it yet. It was only $2.52. It is installed inline where the wires are exposed running from the canopy (right side facing trailer). I figure I can eat the cost and splice the wires if it doesn't work.

See the attached thread about canopy dimmers. This is where I got the information.

Pump silencer came from Shurflo, made a difference but not enough so I traced all my water lines and added foam pipe insulation wherever the pex was close to cabinetry or metal. That helped a great deal. I'm also considering a makeup tank so the pump doesn't cycle immediately at night when someone uses the bathroom.

Can you please tell me what dimmer you purchased and what circuits you tapped into. I've read a bunch that these will not work without an isolated ground.

U R right, we primarily stay at state campground with no hookups so the battery upgrade was a must.

The weight was one of the factors that led us to purchase this model. Also, like you said, this trailer comes with a lot of features for the price. This is our first trailer. Couldn't beat the price for a "see if you like RVing" trailer. We'll use it for a couple of years and then decide to keep or upgrade. We were originally leaning toward the Keystone Bullets, but a bit too pricey for us right now.

I'm going to go easy on the upgrade/mods until the warranty runs out. I did order an inline dimmer for the awning light (highly suggested on the forums). I also added some shelves in the cabinets, added weatherstripping between the front storage and bedroom and added mesh storage pouches to the bunk area in back for the kids to store their phones, DS's and chargers. I also added the Furrion rear view camera. I'm going to add an exterior sewage equip. carrier in the next week or so.

My dealer doesn't include any starter kits or added equip., so Amazon has been really happy with me lately.

I've got one of the plug-in circuit tester/surge protectors.

What kind of pump silencer did you use?

We'll probably "full hookup" camp for the most part. It looks like you probably do more boondocking.

I wish we got the 28BHS instead but that would have required an upgrade to the TV. This is our first trailer and we have been enjoying it. I wish the bathroom was bigger and the sink area wasn't so congested but we don't stay in the unit much, we came from a tent and like to be outdoors.

The unit tows great, we have had zero problems and it has some features you don't see on units at this price point.

I've added two six volt batteries, a pump silencer kit, upgraded the mattress and put a hard start capacitor on the A/C unit and installed in-line surge protector.

I'm going to try to install a dimmer on the awning light this year and a battery monitor.
