I would call the dealer first, ask him in regards to the issue. Send pictures to him of the issue. Have him start the warranty process. Once he confirms if it will be warranteed you should be able to just take the mattress and not the entire trailer.

maybe make a weekend trip out of it. Let me know how it goes.

Starcraft Warranty

Anyone had to have warranty work done ? I called Starcraft today about seams coming apart on the mattresses. And was told only a Starcraft dealer could start the warranty process. My nearest dealer is over 100 miles away and I did not buy from him. 200 plus mile round trip for maybe nothing?? I did not feel good about Starcraft after this conversation.
